Comfortable beds, safe parking, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, great location.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including yogurt, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, mushrooms.

Felt at ease and relaxed, as if I was at home, with nothing too much trouble.

It was a very very good stay, wonderful relaxing place. Especially helpful staff, excellent service, well-appointed and non-smoking rooms.

We liked this hotel: staff and food were all very good. The breakfast had lots of fruit, cereal, yogurt and cheese.

We loved staying at this hotel! It had a fantastic location in the heart of the city, making it the perfect base for exploring. The hotel facilities were great, offering a Turkish and Finnish sauna, as well as a comfortable relaxation room. We also really enjoyed the breakfast with a diverse selection of food and a warm atmosphere.

The staff was courteous and I had a late checkout. It was nice to have a bar in the lobby. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Plecnik House.

Wi-Fi was rather slow, not so great views.

My experience at Best Western was fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet. The gym was well equipped and convenient to use. I appreciated their valet parking service, prompt and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this central hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect with easy access to shops, restaurants and sites. The friendly staff directed our taxi driver to a nearby Mango store, where we found the hotel entrance. The spacious room was comfortable with bottled water provided daily and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

The ventilation system in the bathroom could have been better.

Great location in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the charming old town. The hotel's lobby, bar, and restaurants were excellent, providing a wonderful ambiance. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

The rooms were a bit outdated, with a quaint old-style decor that may not be to everyone's taste. The size of the rooms was also a bit small, and the carpets gave it a slightly worn feel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic time. The location could not have been better, as it was in the heart of everything, with all the main tourist attractions just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and a friendly bell staff that made me feel welcome from start to finish. The room itself was luxurious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, from air conditioning to soundproofed rooms that ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and cannot think of any downsides to my experience here. The staff were attentive and accommodating, even though there was no maintenance available onsite during night shifts.
